We offer the following bin sizes to suit different project needs:

  • 8-Yard Rock Box – For heavy materials like concrete, dirt, gravel, sod, or bricks

Our base rate starts at $299.00, which includes 1 tonne of waste.
Extra tonnage is charged at $225.00 per tonne. All loads are weighed at the landfill, and a copy of the weight ticket is available upon request.

Our standard rental period is 2 days. Need more time?

  • Additional days: $35/day (up to a maximum of 7 days)
  • After 7 days: The bin is considered a re-rental

We keep our rentals flexible so your project stays on schedule.

To ensure safe delivery and pickup, please provide:

  • A minimum 12 ft of width and 14 ft of vertical clearance for our trucks
  • A solid, level surface for placement (asphalt, concrete, or compact gravel)
  • Clear access to the placement site—move vehicles, trailers, or obstacles beforehand

We cannot deliver if access is blocked. A trip fee may apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Dumpsters should be placed on solid, level surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, or gravel.
Placing on grass, dirt, or sand is not recommended, as the bin may become stuck or cause damage.
We are not responsible for any surface damage caused by the dumpster or delivery truck.

No. For safety reasons, customers must not move, push, lift, pull, or alter the dumpster after placement.
If you need it moved, call us—we’ll reposition it for you.

In most cases, a permit is not required if the dumpster is placed on private property.
If you need to place it on a public road, alley, or sidewalk, you may need a permit from your local municipality. Contact us—we can help guide you through the process.

To protect our environment and comply with local regulations, the following materials are prohibited:

  • Batteries — No lithium, car, or household batteries
  • Biohazardous materials — Includes medical waste, feces, deceased animals, etc.
  • Food waste — No kitchen scraps or organic waste (use your city-provided bins)
  • Weapons — Firearms, ammunition, or explosives are strictly prohibited
  • Paint & chemicals — Full or empty sealed paint cans are accepted; no pesticides
  • Petroleum products — No gas, oil, diesel, propane tanks, or tires

No. For safety and transport regulations, dumpsters must not be overfilled.
If materials extend above the rim, pickup will be refused and extra charges may apply.
